General Policy
All payments for courses and services are non-refundable.
Limited Exception
A refund will be considered only in the event of a documented and verified technical error on our part that prevents you from accessing a course after payment has been successfully processed.
Eligibility for Exception
The refund request must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the payment.

You must provide proof of the payment and the technical error.

A refund will not be granted if any portion of the course material has been accessed or downloaded.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a course.

Discontinuation
If you discontinue a course for any reason—including personal, professional, or medical issues—the fee is non-refundable.

Incomplete Courses
Failure to complete a course does not entitle you to a refund.

Technical Issues on Your End
We are not responsible for refunds due to your personal technical issues (e.g., poor internet connection, incompatible device, lack of a required software).
Final Decision
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Nexogen Institute management and are considered final. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account.
